Product Marketing & Industry Visibility for an Enterprise AI Platform

Product Overview

Q Platform is an Enterprise AI Platform developed by Antares Solutions, designed as a scalable Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solution that integrates into an organisation’s existing Microsoft and third-party technology ecosystem. Hosted within the customer’s own Azure tenancy, the platform enables organisations to deploy secure, role-based AI personas tailored to different operational and business requirements.

Unlike standalone AI tools, Q Platform was built as a multi-persona enterprise platform capable of supporting different users, workflows and business functions through configurable dashboards, AI agents and integrations across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, web and mobile environments.

The platform was positioned across multiple industries including healthcare, education and not-for-profit organisations, with a strong focus on helping businesses adopt AI within secure, governed and operationally practical environments.

As the sole Marketing Manager at Antares Solutions for four years, I was responsible for supporting the visibility, positioning and ongoing marketing activity for Q Platform during a period where enterprise AI adoption and education were becoming increasingly important within the market.

Challenge & Marketing Objectives

One of the key challenges was translating highly technical AI capability into messaging that was commercially relevant, customer-focused and easy to understand across multiple industries and buyer types.

The marketing strategy needed to:

  • build trust around AI adoption and automation
  • educate industry audiences on practical AI use cases
  • create consistent visibility across multiple channels
  • support sales conversations with clearer product positioning
  • simplify complex platform capability into real-world operational outcomes
  • align technical messaging with customer problems and industry-specific challenges

As an enterprise AI platform operating within evolving and highly competitive markets, the approach also required strong collaboration between marketing, sales, technical teams and product owners to ensure messaging remained accurate, aligned and commercially relevant.

Marketing Activities & Solutions

Working closely with product owners, technical teams and sales stakeholders, the marketing function for Q Platform operated within a fast-moving and constantly evolving Enterprise AI environment.

As the platform expanded across industries and customer use cases, messaging, positioning and supporting content regularly evolved alongside product capability, customer conversations and broader market understanding surrounding AI adoption.

The role extended well beyond isolated marketing campaigns or content production.

A significant focus was placed on maintaining consistent Enterprise AI Platform positioning across multiple customer touchpoints whilst supporting ongoing product evolution, sales conversations and industry education initiatives.

This required simultaneous balancing across:

  • technical platform accuracy
  • commercially relevant messaging
  • industry-specific positioning
  • customer education
  • sales enablement
  • visibility across multiple channels

Marketing activity often operated across multiple parallel initiatives including webinar campaigns, product demonstrations, customer case studies, social visibility, product collateral, sales enablement resources and broader industry education activity.

Working across healthcare, education and not-for-profit sectors also required messaging and use cases to be continually adapted to different customer environments, operational challenges and stakeholder priorities.

Key initiatives included:

  • development and refinement of Enterprise AI Platform messaging
  • webinar and education series focused on practical AI adoption
  • creation of sales battle cards and product collateral
  • competitor analysis and positioning support
  • written and video customer case studies
  • product demonstration video content
  • nurture campaigns and supporting webinar communications
  • ongoing social and organic visibility initiatives
  • close collaboration between product, sales and marketing teams to support aligned customer communication

The webinar program itself formed part of a broader industry education strategy, helping position Q Platform as a practical and scalable Enterprise AI Platform rather than simply another AI chatbot solution.

Video demonstrations and customer-focused content also played an important role in helping simplify highly technical platform capability into more practical, real-world business applications that could support both visibility and customer understanding.
